People always ask, “How much will it cost?”. As far as we know there will be minimal costs for the reunion. Your costs will depend on the lodging you choose, transportation needs, as well as food you commit to providing. Each family will cover their own costs. We’ll share more details if there are any shared costs for group meals, activities, or reunion supplies.
My best estimation of cost is as follows (this includes Vehicle Gas at 20 MPG for 1,000 miles round trip, Food for all 4.5 Days at $10 per meal per person, Lodging for Wednesday thru Sunday at $100 (Pinetop most expensive) + 1 hotel room night at $185, and the activities on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday including the water park admission). These prices are obviously able to be more conservative or more extravagant based on your planning and participation.
