📍 Lodging Details:

You can elect to stay in a variety of accommodations. For those who wish to stay at Pinetop Recreation Camp with up to 54 spots available you must work through Travis (307) 799-5070 to reserve a spot. This is first-come, first-serve accommodation. If you cannot secure a spot at Pinetop, you are responsible for finding your own accommodation. The spots at Pinetop are only available from Wednesday, July 15th through Saturday, July 18th. It is very important to note that you must find separate accommodation for the 1 night of July 19th.

The space and costs available at Pinetop are the following:

·   Reservation Areas:

o   Cabin – Moonbeam (14 spaces available) – Cost is $15 / person for all 3 nights - Adults

o   RV1 Space (Fits a smaller RV) – Cost is $75 / RV for all 3 nights (There are 2 spaces, but we only have 1 space reserved at this time. If you need one let Travis know ASAP so we can get the 2nd space reserved as well. Note: there is no potable water or sewer service at these sites. There is 20-amp electrical service nearby which will accommodate most electrical needs except for air conditioning.)

o   Tent Site 10 (5-person capacity) – Cost is $50  / for all 3 nights

o   Tent Site 11 (4-person capacity) – Cost is $40  / for all 3 nights

o   Tent Site 12 (7-person capacity) – Cost is $70  / for all 3 nights

o   Tent Site 13 (6-person capacity) – Cost is $60  / for all 3 nights

o   Tent Site 14 (10-person capacity) – Cost is $100  / for all 3 nights

o   Tent Site 15 (4-person capacity) – Cost is $40  / for all 3 nights
