🍽️ Meals and Food Plans
3 meals will be together - ALL OTHER MEALS ARE ON YOUR OWN.
Also, there are 2 deserts we will share with everyone
I have tried to make the assignments as fair as possible by considering the cost, preparation time, cooking difficulty, hauling supplies, and cleanup effort involved. I also used AI to help balance the assignments as evenly as possible. That being said, there is nothing in group meal planning that is truly 100% “fair” for every situation. If your assignment is too burdensome, creates a problem for your family, or needs to be adjusted, please text Travis at 307-799-5070 and I will try to make adjustments.
If you do not have an assignment please notify me as well so we can relieve the load of others. These assignments were made as best guess efforts of who would be present.
Because these meals depend on everyone contributing, please only plan to participate in the shared meal if your family is also helping with the food, supplies, setup, cleanup, and another assigned responsibilities.
See below schedule for meal schedules and assignments:
Plan for the following in each meal / desert:
Bring your own eating plates, bowls, napkins, utensils, and cleanup supplies such as soap.
Everyone is expected to help with cleanup. Cleanup duties may include wiping tables, gathering trash, putting food away, washing dishes, and leaving the area better than we found it.
Label food if it contains common allergens including the following known allergies or food needs:
1 person is allergic to avocados.
1 person needs gluten-free and dairy-free substitutes.
Be creative and fun with your desserts and family food traditions.
