✍️Here is a summary of what each family/person must do prior to the reunion:

· ✅ Book a temple appointment for July 15th 2:30 pm (optional)
· ✅ Purchase Roaring Springs Park Tickets – General and night tickets
· ✅ Plan for Family Photo (Color Guide)
· ✅ Bring a Family Recipe & at least 1 Photo Album/Book/Digital Pictures
· ✅ Outdoor gear, swimsuits, games, towels, sunblock, hiking shoes
· ✅ Gloves for the service project
· ✅ Bedding (if needed) and Camp Chairs (for a campfire as well as a movie night)
Day 1 ✍️Wednesday, July 15 – Arrival Day (Gathering Place/Room)
✅ Boise Temple for all/any who would like to participate.
o You must make your own appointments - We will shoot for going just before the reunion officially begins. Make your appointment as close to 2:30 pm as possible
✅ Check-in & casual meet-and-greet – 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
✅ Evening Dinner Welcome – 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
✅ Evening Events: - 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm
o Minute-to-Win-it Games – 1 Hr
o Memory Lane – Bring a photo album or pictures of past family adventures to share stories with the younger generations. – 1 Hr
o Late-night board/card games – Ice Cream Bar – 1 Hr
Day 2 ✍️Thursday, July 16 - Water Park
✅ Option #1 – Roaring Springs Water Park – This is what we are pushing everyone to do. You MUST secure your own tickets and provide anything you would like to eat for the day. This is an all-day 11:00 am – 10:00 pm event so plan accordingly.
Total Per Person Cost is $58.30
Group Rates have been secured for $33/person or $45/person (includes a $20 meal voucher) but must be paid to Travis by June 26th (there is some leeway with this deadline but not much so play at your own risk)

General Full Day Ticket (11am – 8pm) - $54.99

§ Items You Should Plan For: Meals, Blankets / Towels, Sunscreen etc.
✅ Option #2 – For those that don’t feel like the park (there are half-day tickets if you would prefer that) Boise Zoo ($12 per person) – You are on your own.
✅ Option #3 – Find Your Own Adventure (Day Hike or Shopping?) – You are on your own for this activity as well.
Day 3 ✍️Friday, July 17 – Together Time - Play & Explore
✅ Morning - Outdoor activity: hike /Trailheads around Boise (Family will Vote)
o Adelmann Mine Trailhead – 4.7 miles – 1,272 ft in elevation gain/loss
o Polecate – 6.1 miles – 748 ft in elevation gain/loss
Hupper Hulls Interpretive Trail – 6.6 miles – 1,138 ft in elevation gain/loss
Lower Five Mile Gulch – 3.4 miles – 2,172 ft in elevation gain/loss
✅ Afternoon Smorgasbord- Picnic lunch in a park - Group Activities in the park for those who do not go on the hike. We are not entirely sure, but we will have some activities planned to fill this timeframe. The Springs (Hot Spring Area) 10:30 am - 10:00 pm – (Adults only after 7:30 pm) – Visits are by reservation only - RATES - per 2.5 hr. soak time for general pool and hot tub - $30 for Adults - $27 for children 12 and under
· Kids/teens hour - pool time / museum / educational visit, mini golf, crafts, scavenger hunt, or pickleball clinic (choose)
✅ Evening – Family Photo Session (coordinated time & colors) – Family Assignments of colors below:

✅ Evening – Talent Show + Dessert Potluck (all ages!) – Come with a 2-minute family skit in mind. Planning can happen while at the reunion.

Day 4 ✍️Saturday, July 18 – Roots & Traditions – Park Day
✅ Service Project (simple give-back something that we can do together) We aren’t sure what yet but give us ideas. We may want to do something at a food bank, animal shelter, library, forest, or camp

✅Family Meeting (updates, announcements) - Genealogy/Story Hour (photos, oral histories, recipe swap) – Bring your favorite family desert and recipe cards will be provided to give everyone the recipe.
✅ Evening Events – Putt-putt golf and laser tag - Adults night out and Kids family movie night – your call on what we watch. We’ll have popcorn. Bring a blanket.
Day 5 ✍️Sunday, July 19 – Wrap-Up (Hotel Conference Room or Park)
